RAEDALE
When the party was winding down, Rose came over to
us, struck up a conversation with him. Seemed pretty harmless. Next thing you
know, bam! Instant neuro-link.
GRACE
A neuro-link? They shared one?! I heard those
things are like love at first sight.
RAEDALE
They are. The link was so strong even I could sense
it. But, then, so could Dorothy. And you know how protective she is of her
daughter. The next night, Slater went back over there and asked to see Rose. I
guess Dorothy didn't like that idea very much. She attacked his mind. And put
him in here.
Raedale walks away from the bed. Grace puts a hand
on his shoulder.
RAEDALE
He's an idiot. I told him not to go. I told him.
GRACE
